Once an order has been confirmed and the transaction has been processed, we cannot accept any cancellations of the order.

All items are final sale, we unfortunately do not offer returns on any products on our site. Each item is bespoke and are produced especially for each order.

We offer exchanges on items that are either defective, product arrived to you damaged or the wrong product was sent to you. In this case please contact info@lafsharstudio.com

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
