Shipping policy

All our shipments are sent with DHL from our studio in the UAE.

If for some reason we cannot ship to your country, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Delivery times vary depending on the country and customs issues and are therefore only indicative.

If you are shipping more than 3 furniture pieces, please get in touch at info@lafsharstudio.com for a custom shipping rate.

The dispatch average time is for homeware (objects) is 2-5 business days from receiving the order. The dispatch average time is for the furniture items is 10-12 business days from receiving the order.

All furniture items are shipped in plywood boxes.

Shipping rates are calculated at the checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order and country.

As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive an e-mail notification with tracking details.

When shipping to addresses outside of the United Arab Emirates, the customer will be responsible for any import duties, fees and taxes upon delivery. This charge is determined by your local customs authority. We suggest contacting your local customs office for additional information on these charges.

Please note: packages that are refused or abandoned will not be eligible for any type of reimbursement or reshipment.

 It is the client’s responsibility to make to arrange adequate approvals or permits for delivery. Along with the correct space for the delivery of your items, inclusive of ensuring the product will fit through all necessary doors and lifts.
